WALLACE SILVERSMITHS CREATES A VISUAL REMINDER OF SUPPORT FOR OUR TROOPS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
NEW YORK, New York (October 29, 2004) - - Wallace Silversmiths has create the Wallace Peace Ornament "Support Our Troops," which can be purchased by consumers to become a thoughtful reminder of everyone who selflessly has volunteered to protect their country. Wallace Silversmiths has agreed to work with the United Service Organizations (USO) to support members of the Armed Services through this program by donating one dollar of the proceeds from each sale of the "Support Our Troops" ornament.
The ornament was created as a show of support to the men and women who serve and protect our Country. This beautiful globe ornament made in magnificent silver plate has a yellow ribbon around its circumference bearing heartfelt sentiment "support our troops."
The yellow ribbon signifies support of our troops and a prayer for their safe return. Traditionally, the yellow ribbon is a sign of loyalty to family, friends and loved ones away in the military which is why the yellow ribbon was integrated into the design of this patriotic keepsake ornament.
